1. Usage of SureBucks: SureBucks is the exclusive digital currency of the SureDrive platform. SureBucks can only be spent at International Panel Shop (www.intpanelshop.co.za) and no other service provider.

2. No Refunds: SureBucks purchases are final. Once funds are converted into SureBucks, they cannot be exchanged back for cash. They do not expire and can be transferred to other users.

3. Account Deletion: Deleting your account is a permanent action. It results in the immediate loss of all SureBucks held in your wallet. Once an account is deleted, your SureBucks are void and there are no refunds. Please ensure you use your SureBucks before deleting your account.

4. Acceptance: Not reading the terms and conditions or token rules is not an excuse for not knowing. By creating an account, you provide your electronic signature confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and the token rules.

1. Data Security: We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is secured using modern security protocols, including Google Cloud encryption and Tailscale mesh networking.

2. Data Sharing: Your vehicle and profile data is shared strictly with International Panel Shop for the sole purpose of facilitating repairs and service bookings.

3. POPIA Compliance: You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time via the "Delete Account" function in your dashboard, subject to the loss of assets described in the Terms of Service.

1. Exchange Rate: 1 Rand (ZAR) = 1 SureBucks Token (SB).

2. Closed Loop System: SureBucks (SB) is only used within www.mysuredrive.co.za and www.intpanelshop.co.za. It is not exchangeable or usable anywhere else.

3. Purchasing: When purchasing SureBucks, ensure that you purchase the amounts you need and intend to use. This ensures you get the best benefits out of your SureBucks without holding unnecessary excess.
